Where and when can I buy tickets?

The events page on this website have direct links to buy tickets through our ticketing partner Eventbrite. You are also more then welcome to visit Hub City Vinyl at any time, to purchase tickets to your favorite show.  If you have questions please feel free to email us at info@hubcityvinyl.com ; we’ll be sure to do everything we can to help.

What is Eventbrite?

Eventbrite, our ticketing partner, is the source for tickets to all shows. Our top priorities include upfront clear pricing, and that tickets are easy to buy and use. With Eventbrite, the price you see listed is the price you pay for your ticket with no surprises. Tickets are mobile, meaning, no need to print anything out!  It also means tickets can’t be bought up and resold at marked up prices. This ensures fans have the best chance to get tickets to their favorite shows.

How does Eventbrite work?

Enter our events page, you will see all shows available, listed alongside their ticket prices. You’ll be able to click to select and purchase tickets. Once you complete your ticket purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately (remember to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it). Tickets will be delivered later via the Eventbrite mobile app about an hour before doors open the day of the show (no PDF or paper tickets will be sent). See below for Will Call information if you prefer not to use the app.

How do Eventbrite mobile tickets work?

If you have the Eventbrite app (which we highly recommend), head to your Tickets tab in-app and tap on any of them to see your order. In order to combat scalping, the QR code that gets you into the show won’t appear until an hour or two before doors open the day of the show.

You can also transfer tickets to others through the app or join a Waitlist for shows where tickets have sold out.

Got tickets and can’t make it anymore? Eventbrite processes returns if your ticket type is sold out and there is a waitlist. Head to your Tickets and open your ticket – if you can see the option to Return Tickets, just follow the instructions. Your tickets will be offered to the first fan on the Eventbrite Waiting List. If they accept the tickets, Eventbrite will process a refund within 5-10 working days. Please note: returns cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need the Evenbrite app? Can I get an old fashioned paper ticket?

Tickets are available on Eventbrite for all shows, but you may also purchase tickets in our record store, Hub City Vinyl, where you will receive a physical ticket that we print out for you. The store is open seven days a week. The tickets in the store save you some of the Eventbrite fees, so if you are local this is a great option. We have an email list of all purchasers at the door for every event, so if you have lost your ticket or not received it in your email, just check in at the door with id and we will look it up for you. If you have any questions, just email lloyd@hubcityvinyl.com.
